Inititation Process **NEW APPLICANTS PLEASE READ FIRST**

--- Here at Fear None we use an Initiation Period process which helps us identify if a candidate has enough in-game skill and has enough maturity, friendliness and activity on the forum.
We have Initiation Officers - They are the ones you add on PSN ( PlayStation Network ) so they can judge your activity and in-game skill.

How to start off.

They will then reply to your application once you have filled it out and posted it using the template

Then they will reply saying hello, welcome to Fear None and they will give you a list of initiation officers to add on PSN, add ALL of them, regardless of their region then once they have accepted you must ask them for an invite to a Battlefield: Bad Company 2 game - which is, then you ask them for a couple of games, they will then send you an invite, join it and then they will find a game, then just have fun playing, they will judge your in game skill from there, dont worry if you dont do too well, they will play more then one game.

How to get in the IO's 'Good books' forum-wise.

You are required to be active, friendly and mature on the forum. Our Clan Motto is to treat people how you would like to be treated, you are expected to be active on the site, this means logging into the site at least every 2days to check up on news/announcements

The IO's judge your forum activity by your post count and post maturity, if you have a low post count then they will judge you as inactive and will give you a poor rating which could end up in you being denied. We expect you to have a fair post count, this can range from 15 posts in a week, now dont just get your 15posts in one day and then go dead for the rest of the week, the IO's can check your posts and when you posted them, try to spread your posts out but remember not to spam, spamming is not only immature but it is also against FN Clan Rules

How to get in the IO's 'Good books' Game-wise.

Well we can't tell you how to play, we can only offer support to your playing style - Do not worry if you go 18-25 on a rush or conquest game, the IO's know why some people get bad K/D Ratio's in-game. They know the difference between a guy that goes for K/D and a guy that gets the flags/M-Coms, and they will take that into account when writing your report, We need a good balance of teamplayers - the ones that get bad Kill to death ratio's but they cap the flags and give the enemy hell before letting them re-cap

Once your Initiation Period is over...

The initiation period is 3-4 Days. Once the last day of your initiation is upon us we will accept or deny you, judging by what the Initiation Officers have wrote in your reports, If you are accepted then your name will be added to one of our clan divisions. Blue(BlueDevils), White(White Knights) Black(Black Cats), Your application will be moved to the sub-section called 'Accepted Applications' and you will then be welcomed to the BFBC2 team by the rest of the group. If your application is denied, you will be removed from the initiation group and your application will be moved to the sub-section called 'Denied applications' I will then post why you was denied and if you are welcome to re-apply.
